This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.ir-arch.com (the "Website"), contact us, book a consultation, or sign up to hear from us, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Anything else you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • General location (city or region) based on your IP address

  • How you interact with our emails, such as whether you open them or click a link

We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and Analytics" below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations

  • Evaluate your project and prepare proposals, fee estimates, and agreements

  • Provide architecture and interior design services, including design, drawings, permitting, coordination with consultants and contractors, and project communications

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as messaging platforms and wireless carriers), solely to provide the messaging service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Email Communications

When you submit our contact form or otherwise give us your email address, we may send you information about your inquiry or project and, if you have opted in, our newsletter, project features, and studio news. Every marketing email includes an "unsubscribe" link. You can also ask us to remove you by emailing info@ir-arch.com. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still email you about an active inquiry or project.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and forms (Squarespace), email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo), consultation scheduling (Calendly), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), and our email, file-sharing, and project-management tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

  • Project partners, such as engineers, consultants, contractors, builders, fabricators, suppliers, and permitting or other government agencies, when needed to design, permit, price, or complete your project.

  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

  • Business transfers, if IR Architecture & Interiors is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Project Photography

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, Website, social media, press, and awards. We do not publish your name, your project's street address, or other personal details without your permission. If you would prefer that we not feature your home, please let us know.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and help us understand how visitors use the Website. We use:

  • Essential cookies needed for the Website to function and stay secure, including spam protection such as Google reCAPTCHA on our forms

  • Analytics cookies, including the analytics tools built into our website platform (Squarespace), to see how visitors find and use the Website

  • Marketing cookies, including Klaviyo, which help us understand how visitors who have signed up for our emails interact with the Website and our messages

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Website may not work properly. Google reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).
