1. About the Website

The Website provides general information about IR Architecture & Interiors, our studio, and our architecture and interior design services, including custom homes, rebuilds, additions, and renovations. Architectural services are provided by or under the responsible control of a California-licensed architect.

Content on the Website is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Website is an offer, quote, estimate, or binding agreement to provide services.

  • Every project is unique. Fees, timelines, and scope depend on a consultation, site conditions, zoning and building codes, permitting and agency review, and your design selections.

  • Content on the Website is not professional architectural, engineering, structural, legal, or permitting advice for your specific property. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a consultation with a licensed professional.

  • Any services we perform are governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by you and IR Architecture & Interiors. If anything on the Website conflicts with your written agreement, your written agreement controls.

  • Submitting a form, booking a consultation, or communicating with us through the Website does not create a contract or an architect-client relationship.

3. Consultations

Consultations booked through the Website or our scheduling provider (Calendly) are subject to any fees, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. A consultation is a preliminary conversation about feasibility, scope, and process. It does not create an architect-client relationship and does not obligate either of us to move forward with a project.

4. Photos, Renderings, and Project Examples

Photos, renderings, drawings, and project examples on the Website are shown to illustrate our work and design capabilities. Some projects may have been completed in collaboration with other consultants, builders, or design professionals. Renderings and concept images may differ from the finished project. Colors, finishes, and materials may look different on screen than in person. Results of your project will depend on your site, applicable codes and approvals, selections, and budget.

5. Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonials and reviews reflect the individual experiences of our clients. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience or results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, renderings, drawings, plans, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by IR Architecture & Interiors or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
